redact-popover 0.1.1 script details redact-popover is not a fully-blown text editor, but it can provide a quick way for adding basic formatting styles to a text.
The library works with the new HTML 5 contenteditable attribute which allows users to edit and save text on a page.
Whenever users select contenteditable text, redact-popover shows a tooltip over the selected text with controls to make the text bold, italic or add an underline to it.
For more formatting controls you'll have to code them in yourself.
An example is included with the download package.
